At the Concadoro winery in Castellina in Chianti, wine has been produced in an organic manner ever since Commendator Luigi Cerasi decided in the middle of the last century to produce a wine faithful to the traditions of this land.

You will have the opportunity to enter a 19th century farming village, learn about the production processes, visit the two cellars, the ancient vinsantaia and the oil mill where our organic extra virgin olive oil is extracted.
