Method of abstraction:
Frantoio owned by the Company with hammers and cold separation by straining press for crushing their own olives, extraction
Bottles used:
Bottles from 0.25 and 0.5 litres, demijohn 3 and 5 litres
Harvest:
By hand from the beginning of November to December all
Quality of olives:
Frantoio 80%, Moraiolo 15%, Leccino 5%
Terrain Description:
Galestro, altitude 430 meters above the sea level. The olive grove is spread over an area of 21,2 hectares, with a total of 4900 plants
