Bright ruby red
Intense ruby red with violet reflexes
Bouquet | intense, persistent with a note of cherry, tobacco and a subtle background of oak wood in the Chianti tradition.
Flavour | generous and harmonious, with a good structure and smooth tannins. At the palate the taste of fruit has a strong consistency, the structure is very harmonious towards the end.
It goes very well with soups, red meat and medium aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16/18°C.
Bouquet | with hints of cherry and plum but also floral notes that recall a violet make it very pleasant towards the end.
Flavour | very structured and robust to the palate, round, extremely balanced with final notes of oak wood and spices.
To serve ideally with red meat, bushmeat and mature cheeses and at a temperature of 16/18°C.
