90% Sangiovese | 10% Merlot

Bouquet: with hints of cherry and plum but also floral notes that recall the violet make it very pleasant towards the end.

Flavour: very structured and robust to the palate, round, extremely balanced with final notes of oak wood and spices.

To serve ideally with red meat, bushmeat and mature cheeses and at a temperature of 16/18°C.
