90% Sangiovese | 10% Cabernet sauvignon 

Bouquet: fulfilling, complex with notes of mature black fruit and delicate spicy hints.

Flavour: it has an excellent body at the palate, it is also robust with a strong roundness towards the end.

To serve ideally with mature cheeses, red meat, Tuscan cold cuts and at a temperature of 16/18°C.
